We have a 7 days replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Please Note: It's Replacement that means you can replace the product (same product) if there is some issue in product from our side. We do not provide refunds/returns/exchange. We provide only replacement in case of damaged product or if the product received is in unusable condition.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a replacement. You need to send us a very small video (just 8-10 seconds) on our mail email@example.com : demo explaining the issue on why the product delivered is received in unusable condition, and our product verification team will check and approve the request. If your replacement request is accepted, we will reship the product as early as possible!
